Ariella Segal is a Creative Director and Producer based in Los Angeles, passionate about the intersection between creativity, marketing, and technology. In her role at 1021 Creative, she develops projects and produces campaigns that connect brands to their audiences in unique ways. Clients have included YouTube, Salesforce, Disney, National Geographic, Warner Brothers, Hollywood Records, and more (portfolio available upon request). Originally from Upstate New York and an NYU Tisch graduate.
With a diverse background in entertainment, Ariella has had the pleasure of working on the casting team for projects with Disney, Netflix, Sony, AMC, and as a theater professional at MCC Theater and The Atlantic Theater Company. Highlights have included a global search for Disney's Live-Action Mulan, bringing the beloved Cowboy Bebop Anime to Netflix audiences, and the legendary Miscast Gala.
Ariella loves to exercise her creativity outside of the office. She produced, wrote, and starred in her comedic web series "One Woman Show," where she turned popular TV Series into one woman shows. New York Magazine's Vulture said "What start as cringeworthy pieces become brilliant not 20 seconds into their sub two-minute runtimes. They’re quick, they’re relevant (Jesus Christ. Friends is still relevant!), and they’re great showpieces for a woman who’s quite obviously out of her mind." She produced and hand-sewed all the costumes in her feminist comedy music video, which was selected as a Film Shortage Daily Pick. Additionally, her 2020 pandemic wedding, held at a drive-in movie theater, was featured in The New York Times.
