Ariella Segal is an Upstate New York-raised, NYU Tisch graduate, and Los Angeles-based creator and funny lady. She produced, wrote, and starred in her comedic web series "One Woman Show." Comedy website Splitsider liked it and called the series "great showpieces for a woman who's quite obviously out of her mind." Ariella's mental state has been judged in many other arenas — She has played a Fairy God-Girlfriend on the UCB stage, threw condoms at unsuspecting audience members while singing opera at The Public Theater's Joe's Pub, played multiple characters in Off-Broadway’s MCC Theater’s Freshplay reading series, and acted in a UCLA feature film test produced and written by James Franco.
In addition to her creative work, Ariella splits her time as a casting assistant and substitute teacher in Los Angeles. She has also worked as a theater professional and teaching artist at The Atlantic Theater Company, MCC Theater, Irondale Ensemble, and Mark Morris Dance Center.
